Warm Hospitality & Top-Notch Wines

Many guests tell us how much they loved discovering smaller, off-the-beaten path wineries on tour with us.

Bouchon Bakery Picnic Lunch

Expect seasonal selections such as Parisian-style ham & cheese, tuna Niçoise and turkey pesto served on Bouchon Bakery‘s artisanal breads. Your lunch will include Kettle Chips and a petite dessert.

Our Guided Tours are totally Electric!

Electric bikes give us the flexibility to take the scenic route and reach wineries farther afield than we could using regular bikes.

Casual bikers appreciate that longer distances and hills are no sweat on an electric bike. And if you’re looking for more exercise, you can easily turn the pedal-assist level down or off to increase your effort.

You’ll find the pedaling experience on our E-Bikes feels very natural – it’s you, only faster!

You'll ride an average of 3 to 6 miles between stops.  Full-Day Tours typically cover 12-17 miles. The terrain is mostly flat to gently rolling. And don't forget, you'll have an E-Bike with four levels of pedal assist at your fingertips!

Our tour routes include a combination of quieter country roads as well as busier roadways – including some stretches along Hwy. 29 and Silverado Trail where a Class II Bike Lane is present. We also frequently ride along the Napa Valley Vine Trail (car-free bike path). Click here for a visual guide of our local bicycling infrastructure.

The wineries don't have dress codes, but we understand you want to blend with other guests. Our advice is to think "smart active" - like you would for a round of golf.

Recommended: Warm layers for cool mornings, shorts or capris, longer pants with tapered/slim fitted legs, flat-soled shoes, sunglasses, sandals (as long as they are secure) -  and definitely sunscreen!

Not Recommended: Denim (heavy seams can become uncomfortable), maxi dresses or wide-legged pants (loose clothing can get caught in the chain or spokes), wedge heels, flip flops, mules.

Wine tasting fees are not included in the price of the bike tour because the wineries we visit vary daily and also, your fees may be waived when you make a minimum purchase or join a wine club.

Definitely! Bouchon Bakery's seasonal menu always includes a vegetarian option that can be modified for vegans. A gluten-free salad option is available and includes a gluten-free dessert. If you have more specific needs, please reach out to us.

$20-40 per person reflects a 9-18% gratuity range. Gratuities are split 70/30 between your Tour Guide and Van Support.

Full prepayment is required to confirm your reservation. If you need to cancel, a minimum 48 hours notice is required and a $25 per person fee will apply before refund. In lieu of refund, you can request a full-credit Gift Card to reschedule for a future date.

We tour rain or shine. Rain is extremely rare from May through October. We can supply rain jackets to ward off light sprinkles. We can also tour by van instead.

At 24 hours prior to tour Meet Time: If the hourly rain forecast during the hours of tour is 50% or greater, you have the option to cancel and receive a refund less $25/person cancellation fee. We can also issue a full-credit Gift Card (no expiration) if you'd prefer to reschedule for a future date.
