The idea for Ad Hoc was simple: create a comfortable place for community and families to dine. Five days a week (closed Tues/Weds) Ad Hoc offers a four-course family-style menu that changes daily, accompanied by a small, accessible wine list and a twist on classic cocktails.
In everyday French life, it is the Bistro that is woven into the daily pattern of meals and celebrations. The only French owned and operated restaurant in Napa Valley, Bistro Jeanty has been received by patrons from all over as a true French bistro. The warm interior is a reflection of the casual elegance you find in every meal. Classic dishes such as Mussels au vin rouge, Cassoulet, or of course Philippe’s famed Tomato soup make you feel as if you really have traveled into the French countryside.
Chef Michael Chiarello has returned to his culinary roots by creating seasonal farm-to-table Italian cuisine reflecting the bold flavors of Chiarello’s Italian roots.
Chiarello restored the integrity of an old 1800’s estate by uncovering beautiful hard wood floors, timber beams, old brick walls and windows. The inviting dining room is accented with reclaimed antiques, warm fabrics and eclectic light fixtures lending to the restaurant’s old world comfort.
Highly acclaimed chef Thomas Keller (of The French Laundry) is behind this beautiful Yountville restaurant. Bouchon’s seasonal menu and raw bar selections change throughout the year, while staples like roast chicken, leg of lamb, and trout amandine remain as consistent, year-round favorites.
Keller enlisted renowned designer Adam D. Tihany to create Bouchon’s interior featuring a French zinc bar, a vibrant mosaic floor, antique light fixtures, and an expansive mural, hand painted by French artist Paulin Paris.
Brix Restaurant and Gardens is truly a wine country classic, pairing contemporary French inspired California cuisine with a comprehensive collection of the valley’s finest wine growers and producers. Brix is designed to take full advantage of its 16 prime Napa Valley acres of gardens and vineyards with spectacular views of the Mayacamas mountains.

Dining time is 3-4 hours with two prix-fixe menus to choose from.
Hurley’s Restaurant & Bar is in the town of Yountville located in the heart of Napa Valley. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere where great food, wine and service come together. Executive Chef/owner, Bob Hurley combines fresh ingredients with a little Mediterranean flair to create a local California cuisine high in flavor.
Lucy Restaurant & Bar at Bardessono offers ingredient driven, farm/ocean/field-to-fork cuisine that embodies the property’s modern aesthetic and eco-conscious spirit.
Mustards’ food is Chef/Owner Cindy Pawlcyn’s mix of American regional dishes with global influences. The wood-burning grill produces such favorites as Cindy’s famous Mongolian Pork Chop, chipotle –rubbed Quail, and the ½ pound Niman Ranch hamburger. The oakwood smoker fills the restaurant with aromas of BBQ baby back ribs and tea-smoked Peking duck. Specialties include Seared Ahi Tuna on sesame crackers and Crispy Calamari tossed with curried slaw.
The Pacific in our name, comes from the rail line which stopped at this location when the building was a depot. The Blues are a style of music, as American and diverse as the foods on our menu from all-natural burgers right from the grill to daily fish and pasta specials; our proprietor and general manager, Jeff Steen, recognized that no one in the area was saluting this great musical style.
R + D Kitchen
R+D Kitchen offers crisp and flavorful cuisine in quintessential indoor-outdoor spaces. Be sure to try our versions of classic American dishes like the Ding’s Crispy Sandwich, the Thai Steak and Noodle Salad, or our Three-Layer Carrot Cake with toasted walnuts and mascarpone icing.
Redd is the first venture from acclaimed Northern California chef Richard Reddington, who offers an updated interpretation of wine country cuisine in a decidedly relaxed environment.Drawing from his classic French and Mediterranean sensibilities, chef Reddington has created a cuisine that combines flavors and textures that match well with local wines. Redd’s menu showcases regionally inspired seasonal selections with ethnic influences. A daily 5-course chef’s tasting menu is also available in addition to the regular menu.
Redd Wood is a stylish and casual wine country outpost featuring an approachable menu of wood-fired pizzas and house-made charcuterie and pastas. The menu is complemented by a thoughtfully-curated wine list, which focuses largely on unique local wines; a larger, more encompassing reserve list is available upon request. Richard Reddington, the famed Chef of Redd, is at the helm of this new wine country pizzeria, located at the north end of Yountville.
