The ingredients in the Farmstead kitchen are foraged from local sources and feature Long Meadow Ranch’s all natural grass-fed beef and lamb, organic and sustainably produced eggs, fruits, vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, wine, grappa and honey – as well as ingredients from local artisan producers.

Gatehouse Restaurant at the CIA

Gatehouse Restaurant, on The Culinary Institute of America’s historic St. Helena campus, is the capstone experience for CIA students after two years of rigorous culinary, baking and pastry, hospitality and beverage management instruction. These future industry leaders transform the freshest regional ingredients as well as those from the CIA’s own farm and herb gardens into creative contemporary dishes served graciously in a refined yet casual dining room. Prix-fixe menu offered Tuesday through Saturday for lunch and dinner.

Goose & Gander

A gathering place for locals and visitors to celebrate Napa Valley’s abundant bounty (or embarrassment of riches). Featuring rustic American food and mouthwatering bar bites served in a pub-like dining room, nostalgic basement bar or lush patio. The seasonally driven menu perfectly complements innovative retro-fresh libations or a bottle of wine from a robust wine list.

Gott’s Roadside

Gott’s Roadside is a tried-and-true local institution serving juicy cheeseburgers, great hot dogs, incredible onion rings and hand-spun shakes alongside crispy Ahi Poke tacos, Chinese chicken salad, and a renowned Ahi burger. Gott’s versions of these American roadside favorites and California classics are made-to-order using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Harvest Table by Charlie Palmer

Chef Charlie Palmer’s wine country kitchen featuring menus that highlight locally sourced ingredients and the best of the Napa Valley. An airy space flanked by alfresco dining terraces, Harvest Table offers a welcoming atmosphere for relaxed Wine Country dining.


Located on Main Street in St. Helena, the historical building features exposed stone walls and an antique bar dating back to the turn of the century. The menu features American classics with a fresh seasonal approach and the wine list offers a diverse selection of wines to complement Chef’s creations, with an emphasis on wines from local Napa Valley vintners. In addition to a locally inspired and reasonably priced wine list, Market never charges corkage.


PRESS is the perfect wine country dining experience. PRESS features prime dry-aged beef, whole roasted chicken, grass fed Sonoma lamb, and fresh fish prepared on a custom wood burning grill and rotisserie. The modern farmhouse style blends with the neighboring vineyards to create a truly modern steakhouse. An award winning largely Napa Valley wine list completes the PRESS experience.

Restaurant at Meadowood

Located in a sprawling resort amid mountains and vineyards, The Restaurant at Meadowood’s dining room boasts a vaulted ceiling over tables made from granite and columns of Canadian redwood. Chef Christopher Kostow’s specializes in local, sustainable California cuisine while employing a modern approach through the use of emulsifiers, gelling agents and stabilizers. Expect innovation cuisine and refined service at this restaurant that has earned Michelin’s highest 3-star rating.

Rutherford Grill

Rutherford Grill offers the finest seasonal ingredients and dishes intended to perfectly complement the extraordinary wines of the region. Enjoy modern American comfort food, classic burgers and hearty salads. The wine list is filled with favorite local selections, but the restaurant also welcomes you to bring a bottle with no corkage fee.

St. Helena Bistro

Chef Israel brings his Northern Italian cooking expertise to this charming sidewalk café and restaurant. The menu features a selection of pasta dishes and beautifully designed entrees such as handmade gnocchi and eggplant parmesan. Finish your meal with homemade strawberry shortcake and you’ll be smiling from ear to ear.


Chef-owners Hiro Sone and Lissa Doumani wow patrons with exquisite tasting menus rendered with Japanese touches. The historic fieldstone building that houses the restaurant offer an romantic ambiance. Bar Terra next door is a less formal venue for à la carte dinners.
