During the off-season, our Remote Bike Rental Process allows us to stay open 7 days a week. Although we will not have staff onsite at Charles Krug on the day of your bike rental, our team in Yountville is available to support any of your needs today!
- IMPORTANT: All participants must sign the eWaiver (link in email confirmation) before we can release your bikes.

We’ll text you the Lock Code to unlock your bikes and answer any questions you might have about your route.
Roadside Assistance
If you get flat tire or have any mechanical issues with your bike, call this number for Roadside Assistance. In most cases, we will bring you a new bike to complete your ride. Note: We do not offer passenger shuttle under any circumstances.
