One of the most important variables to consider when planning your Napa Valley vacation is your choice of accommodations. We personally visit and inspect the hotel properties we partner with to ensure that a clean, comfortable sanctuary awaits you at the end of each day of bike touring.
We tier our hotel partners into three distinct experience levels that are reflected in the pricing of our vacation packages.
Example properties are provided below as a guideline to illustrate the type of accommodations you can expect at each experience level. Please note that bookings are ultimately determined by hotel availability.
- Prices listed below are per person, based on double-occupancy. Single-occupancy rates available upon request.
- A "2-1" stands for a package that includes two nights’ hotel accommodations, two guided bike tours (including lunch), two dinners (up to $40 per person each night) and one spa treatment per person (valued at $100 each).
- Hotel tax is not included in pricing below.

A “step above” your basic clean, comfortable hotel room. Rack rate value between $225-$275 per night. At the Silver Level, you will be required to drive 10-15 minutes to our shop for your daily bike tours and you may have to drive to your dinners (less than 10 minutes). Examples: Napa River Inn, Embassy Suites.

Gold Level properties are most often located within walking distance of our shop and all of your dining. Examples: Yountville Inn, Vintage Inn, Villagio Inn, or an upgraded room at one of our Silver properties.

Accommodations in the Napa Valley book quickly, especially from May through November. The average Napa Valley visitor plans their trip 3-4 months ahead of their arrival. We urge you to book as early as possible to ensure that we can offer you accommodations at your first-choice experience level.
