9:30 a.m.
You’ll arrive at our shop, where you will be outfitted with a full-suspension mountain bike and helmet. You’ll also meet your tour guide and fellow mountain bikers. With the van loaded with our bikes, we'll depart Yountville at 10 a.m.

10:30 a.m. to ~12 p.m.
After a short orientation on mountain biking safety, you'll be off and rolling. Riders are encouraged to pedal at their own pace. With a few short hills along the way, you'll find that a basic level of cardiovascular fitness will come in handy. Rest assured, the hills aren't overly long or strenuous. Your guide will also take care to reconvene the group with several "breath-catcher breaks" along the way. All told, you should have more than a few "pat yourself on the back" moments during this excursion.

~12:30 p.m. to ~1:30 p.m.
After our ride, we'll load up the van and drive to a nearby boutique winery for a wine tasting and a picnic-style lunch overlooking the vineyards. It's a great chance to kick back and swap your "tales from the trail" with your fellow riders.

~2 to 3 p.m.
You'll make it back to our shop between 2 and 3 p.m. this afternoon with plenty of time to head back to the hotel and shower up for your afternoon plans.
