If you find yourself experiencing an inexplicable urge to jump out of the car and run through the rows of planted vines, our Cycling "In" the Vineyards Tour will give you that chance - only you'll do it on a mountain bike rather than on foot.
To date, only one Napa Valley winery allows off-road biking tours through its vineyard property - which is why this unique experience is not to be missed! Best of all, the vineyard property we'll be touring borders the northernmost stretches of the San Francisco Bay. The marshlands found here are a federally designated wildlife preserve, home to an array of wetland birds including herons, mallards and egrets.
A gourmet picnic-style lunch is also included on this tour, served alfresco overlooking the vineyards. We invite you to take a look at the Sample Itinerary to get a full idea of what you can expect on this tour.

Our bike tours cater to tourists – not cyclists. Most people who ride with us describe themselves as “leisurely” or “occasional” cyclists. Some even admit they haven’t been on a bike in a few years!
While the pace of our Cycling "In" the Vineyards Tour is casual and the emphasis is on having fun, guests who don't do any form of regular exercise may find this tour requires a bit of exertion; at least a bit more than our Ride, Wine & Dine Tour by comparison.

The Napa Valley’s diverse microclimates have yielded equally distinct wine-growing regions; from the Carneros Region at the cool, southern end of the valley, known for its Pinot Noir & Chardonnay, to the warmer climes found farther north including the Stag’s Leap District, famed for producing bold, award-winning Cabernets.
We offer a variety of tours that acquaint visitors with many of these distinct regions. Our point, of course, is that we hope to entice you to join us for several bike tours during your Napa Valley vacation.
For each day of bike touring, we’ll ensure you’re on a different route with fresh backdrops for your vacation photos and new wineries to discover!

Don't forget to check out the Options & Add-Ons page to learn about the additional activities and optional services available to our tour guests.
